Q. Where can I buy tickets?

A. Tickets are available at the Revolution Center box office day of show one hour before doors open or ahead of time by phone at 1-877-435-9849, and at www.Ticketfly.com.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card as well as cash.  Sorry, no checks are accepted.

Q. Why do the ticket prices vary when I am searching the internet?

A. Ticketfly is our exclusive ticket outlet or the Revolution Center box office.  Other sites are third party reseller or “scalper” sites.  These sites are people from the general public that are reselling their tickets at an often inflated rate.  If you purchase your tickets from a source other than Ticketfly or the Revolution Center box office you are purchasing at your own risk.

Q. What time does your box office open?

A. Generally, it opens one hour before doors open.

Q. Do you serve food?

A. No.  Full bar with ID for 21 and older patrons is available on-site. Some events may have a food vendor on-site for purchase of food items.

Q. Can I rent the Revolution Concert House and Event Center?

A. Rentals are available to outside promoters or for private functions. Please email us at info@cttconcerts.com

Q. Are concerts all ages?

A. Yes, most shows are all ages unless otherwise noted.

Q. How do I get into the VIP Upstairs Lounge?

A. The upstairs lounge is for annual pass holders or venue sponsors for persons 21 and older (some events are exceptions).  Annual passes are available for purchase and include admission for two to every show at the Revolution Center as well as pre-sale opportunities. Q. Is smoking allowed?

A. There is no smoking allowed in the venue. There is a smoking patio available during all shows.

Q. Can I bring my camera?

A. Generally non professional cameras area allowed pending artist advance approval.  No video is allowed.

Q. Can I leave in the middle of the show and then come back in?

A. No. We strictly enforce a no re-entry policy except at private parties.

Q. Can I reserve a seat?

A. All seating is on a first come, first served basis. The amount of seating on any given show depends on the artist and the expected attendance.   Some shows are reserved seat shows and you will have an assigned row and seat number for these.

Q. Do you have handicap accessibility?

A. Absolutely. We are happy to make special arrangements for you when you contact us in advance and then arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to doors. We will offer you one of the premium seating areas in the house. To contact us in advance email us at info@cttconcerts.com

Q. What do I need to pick up my tickets at the box office?

A. If you purchased your tickets through Ticketfly, you must bring your Identification which needs to match the name the order was placed under. It is also recommended you bring your order confirmation number.  If you are on a guest list you must have valid ID.

Q. If I line up at the front door early, will I be the first one into the show?

A. Not necessarily. We may admit guests with special needs who contacted us in advance. Sometimes artist fan club members are allowed early entry.  We then open the main doors to the club.

Q. What is the difference between General Admission and Upstairs lounge seating?

A. General Admission
General Admission is the majority of our venue dowstairs. This ticket level gives you access to the downstairs area of the venue, and the main floor. There is no assigned seating in this area. If we have seating for the event, all seats in this area are first come, first served. If we do not have seating for the event, this area will be standing room only. This is an “all ages” area, so unless the event is limited to persons over 18, all ages are welcome in this area.

Upstairs Lounge

The Upstairs Lounge is reserved for annual members and venue sponsors aged 21 and older.  These ticket holders have a private entrance and access to the upstairs lounge and balcony.  The lounge includes a private VIP cash bar and VIP restroom.

Q. What if an event is postponed or cancelled?

A. Events are occasionally postponed as necessitated at the discretion of the artist, promoter or event management. In the case of an event postponement ticket holders will be notified of the rescheduled date details as soon as possible by email. If an event is cancelled you will automatically be refunded by Ticketfly.  If you did not purchase your tickets from Ticketfly, you will need to contact the third party you purchased the tickets from.

Q. What can I bring into the venue?

A. You may bring yourself.  No weapons, switchblades, laserpointers, drugs, outside food and/or drinks, no backpacks or other larger size bags, no video cameras.  No pets allowed except for service animals.  Other items may be restricted due to the nature of the show.
